An Indian restaurant in Suffolk has been named one of the best in the region by a national agency.
Spice Lounge in Mildenhall has had an amazing year this year; not only were they finalists for Restaurant of the Year at the English Curry Awards, they have also now been awarded a Good Food Award.
"We are very pleased to have been awarded the Good Food Award," said Jay Ali, the owner of Spice Lounge.
"It came as a surprise to us and we could not wait to share the great news with our customers and team.
"Thank you to all of our customers for your reviews, votes and support throughout the years."

The restaurant is the best restaurant to visit in Mildehnall, according to Tripadvisor, a position based on customer ratings and reviews.
The Good Food Awards, also known as the Blue Ribbon for Delicious Dishes™, are awarded to those who excel in food quality, service, and value and are an extremely competitive accolade.
They use customer feedback/votes and online reviews to ensure that the awards are based on merit and reflect the opinions of actual diners.
Mr Ali believes that the prices at Spice Lounge help keep it popular among the locals.
"Spice Lounge has kept our prices as low as possible, despite all of the huge increases our business has faced, as we can appreciate everyone has been impacted by the cost of living crisis."
Spice Lounge is open every day of the week from 5pm to 10pm for eat-in or takeaway.
