A brand new food stall bringing a taste of Latin America will be opening soon in a Suffolk coastal town.
La Casa Latina, owned by Jennifer Paredez and her husband Anton Ndoci, will be open at Beach Street in Felixstowe at the end of October.
"It's always been a dream of mine," says Jennifer. "Suffolk is missing authentic South American dishes".
The menu will feature classic South American dishes from Ecuador, Mexico and other South American countries.

Stand out dishes include Ecuadorian street food Salchipapas, ceviche, and fritada.
Salchipapas is a South American street food typically made with thinly sliced sausages on top of fried potatoes.
La Casa Latina's ceviche will be made from prawns marinated in lime juice and herbs like coriander.
"To make sure it's authentic, all of our chefs will be from the countries this food comes from," said Jennifer.
Their current chef is from Ecuador.
As the business grows, Jennifer hopes to expand the food stall and have locations across Suffolk so everyone can have a taste of South American cuisine.
