A Suffolk coffee house will be closing one of its premises after a "fantastic" 13 years at the site.
The Coffee House in Lawson Place, on the Moreton Hall estate in Bury St Edmunds, will be shutting its doors for the final time on Friday, September 29.
Jessica Darnell, who runs the business alongside Lucy Newell, has revealed their focus will now be centred on their other site in nearby Fornham All Saints.
"It is all change and all for the good," said Jessica, who has been in the hospitality industry for 25 years.
"It has been absolutely fantastic - we have had a wonderful time. We have been there for 13 years.
"We have had many laughs and it has been a pleasure to actually go to work somewhere that you love every day. "
While Jessica says they want "concentrate on one project", a new tenant for the Moreton Hall premises has been confirmed.
Danie Curd, of Quality Eats, will be opening her first shop at the site.

Writing on social media, she said: "This has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember. I have worked so hard for this and don’t get me wrong it has not been easy but it has always been worth it."
Jessica and Lucy will now turn their attention to their shop in Fornham, which is based at Moseley's Farm Business Park.
As part of their decision, they are looking at extending their opening hours.
"Before Covid we did one did seven days a week then during we did two days at each, then we gradually extended it out to five days," Jessica added.
"We are going to do half a day on a Monday then maybe a Sunday morning so we can give more to our customers."
