A Suffolk singer has spoken of how "crazy" it is to reach the final of a national televised singing competition on the other side of the globe.
Charlie Pittman from Holbrook is one of the four finalists of The Voice Australia.
He decided to go on the Australian version of the hit TV show to honour his late father, who was originally from the country.
Throughout the competition, he has wowed judges, Rita Ora, Jason Derulo, Jessica Mauboy and his mentor Guy Sebastian, as well as the Australian public.
He said: "It's all a bit crazy.
"You go on it not expecting much, but to go on and have a chance of winning it, it's just amazing.
"No one in the UK knows what's going on, other than YouTube videos, so I can go to the Co-op and not get any interest.
"But I moved to Sydney last week and I am going into shops and cashiers recognise me.
"I opened a bank account and the branch manager was asking me for selfies and a lot of people just come up to me asking for photos which is just a bit crazy."
The final has already been filmed, with the producers filming four different endings, one for each contestant as if they won.
The public will vote for their winner over around two weeks, and on October 8, Charlie, and the nation will find out who has won.
He continued: "Just getting to this point feels like a win.
"But to go on and win, it would be life-changing, the prize money, the music deal with Universal Music Australia, so there is definitely a lot of nerves involved."
Charlie has said he is set to live in Australia for a year, to build on his music career and use the platform he has made for himself.
He has recently released a single, called Stone Cold, which has been posted on The Voice Australia YouTube page, and has received lots of praise.
