There were severe delays on the A14 after a serious single-vehicle crash.
Emergency services were called to the crash on the eastbound carriageway near Newmarket at about 6.45am on Wednesday.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said that a vehicle has crashed into the central reservation.
Lane closures were put in place, but these have since been lifted.
The extent of any injuries is not yet known.
According to the AA Traffic Map, there were delays of nearly half an hour in the area.
