A prominent Suffolk seaside store- that became well-known for its leather goods- has been sold by an estate agents.
For 57 years, the Leather Shop traded at the top of Bent Hill in Felixstowe before closing a couple of years ago.

The store had been advertised through the town's Diamond Mills estate agents with a sale price of £125,000.
An employee at the estate agents confirmed that the property had been sold, though he could not say more about the buyer.
He said: "It has been sold. We had three offers."

The shop was taken over by Patrick Naylor in 1985, offering an array of handcrafted leather goods, making it the 'go to' shop for generations of families when they bought their first leather accessories.
Visitors to the town also bought souvenirs to remember their trip from the Leather Shop.
The reasons behind the closure of The Leather Shop are unknown.
