Police investigating the death of a man in Friston at the weekend believe they now know his identity.
Suffolk Police were called at around 8.50am on Saturday, September 9, by a member of the public, who reported that they had discovered a body in a field just off Snape Road.
Police and ambulance units attended and confirmed the death is not being treated as suspicious.

Initially, the police could not identify the body and no missing persons matched the description of the man.
A member of the public contacted the police yesterday after an appeal and, although formal identification procedures have yet to take place, officers are satisfied at this time they know who the man is.
Police would like to thank members of the public and media for their assistance with this appeal.
