Barclays Bank has announced that it will start to offer a pop-up banking service in a hotel in Framlingham.
The Crown Hotel will host a pop-up bank four days a week after the former Barclays Bank in Framlingham closed on August 25.
The Market Hill branch was the last bank in the town, with many Barclays around the country closing due to 86 per cent of people use online or mobile banking instead.
The Crown Hotel will now host a pop-up service however for those who do not use online banking or might find it more confusing.
There will be no cash service, but they will be on hand to help with every day banking needs.
The service is open Monday to Wednesday between 9am and 5pm, closed for lunch between 12.30 and 1.30, and then on Thursday 9am to 12.30pm.
This news will come of delight to Framlingham Town Council, who when it closed in August, said: "We are very disappointed to learn of this closure.
"It is very sad and we are all a bit reeling from the news."
