Suffolk locals might recognise Poppy Drury and Joe Hanks, who are the shepherds at Shimpling Park Farm near Bury St Edmunds. Viewers will follow the pair as they make their morning rounds and check on the lambs born overnight.
Then the show will travel to Lavenham, where at The Church of St Peter and St Paul's the bell ringers are having their morning practice.
"The seven great bells were first installed 700 years ago," said Paramount, "paid for with money from the wool trade that still goes on at farms like Shimpling."
The next episode of Norfolk and Suffolk: Country & Coast will air on Channel 5 at 8pm on Wednesday, September 13.
