A derelict pub in a west Suffolk town has failed to sell at auction for a second time, despite its price being reduced by £250,000.
The Scarlett Pimpernell in Strasbourg Square, Haverhill, was first listed for auction in May, with a guide price of £900,000.
Having failed to attract a buyer at the first auction, it was put up for sale with the Auction House once again at £650,000.
Despite the reduced price, the pub, which was also known as The Vixen, went unsold at with Auction House London on Wednesday.
Approval had previously been given to build 17 flats and two commercial units on the vacant land.
