The big top has returned to town with a brand new show set to captivate the crowds.
Circus Cortex - who have entertained with their spectacular 'Glory' and 'Warriors' shows in Lowestoft for the past two years - are back once more.
The new Circus Cortex show entitled 'Masquerade' has been touring the country - and the big top rolled back into Lowestoft this week.
With the production team from the past two memorable tours returning, 'Masquerade' has been billed as "a brand new and exciting extravaganza."
From a warzone to the circus big top, 15 Ukrainian performers are among those featuring in the brand new Circus Cortex show.
They have all left family and friends behind in war-torn Ukraine to entertain after being safely brought to the UK.
With performances of the new Masquerade show starting yesterday (Thursday), it continues on Royal Green with 22 performances planned over the next 10 days.
This will include two shows a day running up until the final performances at 3pm and 6pm on Monday, August 14.
Featuring "breathtaking stunts, pulse raising action and heartwarming fun", locals are being urged to enjoy "a 'Masquerade' ball that you are not likely to forget".
A Circus Cortex spokesman said: "For one night only, we invite you to our Masquerade ball, where you will be shocked by the weird, the wonderful and the unexpected.
"Behind every mask is a face and behind every face is a story.
"Every night when the clock strikes 12, the door to an alternate reality is opened.
"You will be guided by our jolly joker who creates mischief with his ever ticking clock and you will watch as he awakens the eccentric characters of our far away realm.
"Be amazed by skills, that will make you question your own eyes, and be left in awe by costumes that are the true art of disguise."
