The River Waveney is one of the region's great treasures admired for its scenic sweeps and tranquil waterways.
To celebrate the meandering landmark, the River Waveney Trust, a charitable group dedicated to protecting the river, has launched a survey to get people's views on it.
The trust is keen to learn people's opinions on water quality, protecting biodiversity, and drought management, among others, to ensure it can be protected for years to come.

Todd Strehlow, chair of the River Waveney Trust, said: "The trust is all about protecting
and conserving the river for future generations to come.
"This survey aims to give anyone with a connection to the river the opportunity to give us feedback and ideas about what should be top of our agenda for the coming years.
“We really want to hear from as many people as possible, spanning all the different user
groups of the river, to give us as full a picture as possible of what’s important to them.
"The outcome is to create a truly meaningful strategy that connects with our community.”

The trust is one of 60 local river trusts across the UK and Ireland.
It supports a wide range of projects every year to promote and conserve the river and landscape around it.
And as part of its plan to protect the river in the decades to come the River Waveney Trust has launched a five-year plan.
The new strategy will span 2024-29 and be launched at the beginning of next year.
