A Suffolk road was closed and drivers were advised to avoid the area after a two-vehicle crash.
Officers were alerted to the crash on the A1071 in Hadleigh at about 4.30pm on Wednesday.
The road was shut in both directions.
Motorists were advised to find alternative routes.
