There is a new guy on the Suffolk street food scene, and he's selling something unique to his competitors: Chinese fusion wraps.
Jamie Burgis is the manager at Top Garden, a Chinese takeaway in the heart of Bury St Edmunds.
It was here that he had the idea for a new form of street food - Chinese fusion wraps.
"I've worked at the Chinese for seven years," said Jamie Burgis.
"I've learned how to prepare and cook food from some top Singaporean and Malaysian chefs, who have been so encouraging."
WokWraps launched three weeks ago at a young traders' event at the market in Bury St Edmunds and has since travelled around a range of different locations in its short lifetime.
While currently operating from a gazebo, Mr Burgis has long-term plans of expanding into a food truck or food stall.

He has been surprised by the popularity of the wraps he has on offer.
"It all happened so quickly," he said.
"I didn't realise it would get as much interest as it has done."
The wrap menu is extensive, but Mr Burgis recommends his favourite: the sweet honey sesame chicken wrap with chips and garlic mayo.
He also serves sweet treats, including 'wok crones,' a croissant stuffed with gelato and chocolate cream.
As manager of a Chinese takeaway and the owner of a wrap business, Mr Burgis is clearly a busy man.
He said: "I work in the evenings at Top Garden, whereas any markets or events that I have gone to have been during the day.
"I am looking to do more with WokWraps, though."
