Rain failed to dampen spirits as thousands of people lined the streets for this weekend's Felixstowe Carnival.
Thousands of people visited the seaside town to watch live entertainment, hear live music and watch the annual parade.
Carnival weekend kicked off on Friday with live music on the seafront and a full day of activities on Saturday.
Due to heavy rain during Saturday afternoon and evening, the carnival's Saturday evening programme had to be cancelled as the wet weather made it hazardous for acts to perform on stage.
Julie Bellamy, the organiser of the carnival, said: "The rest of the carnival has been absolutely fantastic.
"The procession was brilliant and everything has been lovely.
"We've had some amazing acts on stage and the family area has been busy so it has been a really lovely carnival."
An estimated 10,000 people gathered to watch the annual procession wind its way along its route on Saturday.
The parade featured dancers, musicians, a samba group, a bagpipe group and floats displaying local football teams and Suffolk Sound.
Various prizes were handed out after the procession for the best dressed floats taking part.
Proceedings resumed on Sunday, the rain having cleared and the stage dry.
Live music and activities were held throughout the day, including Punch & Judy, and dinosaurs.
The carnival weekend is due to come to a colourful end with a firework display.
Julie continued: "Other than the rain, everything went really well and it was a great weekend."
