A primary school has dropped from Outstanding to Requires Improvement following a "significant amount of turbulence" since it was last inspected.
Gorseland Primary School in Martlesham was visited by Ofsted inspectors in May, six years after its last result.
Now, due to a period of staff turnover and leaders being new to roles, many areas were downgraded, such as the quality of education, leadership and management and early years provision.
Behaviours and attitudes and personal development were rated as Good.
Government guidance says schools judged outstanding or good will usually be inspected within the four academic years following its last inspection.
Ofsted noted the 'significant amount of turbulence' and 'reduced capacity in the senior leadership team' and that many areas of the curriculum are new.
Acting headteacher, Maria Parsons said: "Positive changes have been implemented to try and address the areas for development.
"However, new changes have not yet been fully embedded which has led to our gradings."

Despite the result, the school received a lot of praise throughout the report.
It noted that 'pupils are happy and safe', and they 'display kindness towards each other'.
It also said that relationships between staff and pupils are positive and that staff care 'passionately about children making a positive start to school and experiencing a range of learning activities in the early years.'
Safeguarding was also judged to be a strength of the school.
Mrs Parsons continued: "We are proud of the positive comments included in the report that reflect our wonderful, caring pupils and the dedication of our hardworking staff."
She also praised parents at the school, who have been supportive throughout the process, and since the grading was made public.
Mrs Parsons continued: "Moving forwards, we are confident that with continued attention on our existing areas for development as well as the specific recommendations, we will quickly address the challenges highlighted by Ofsted so that we rapidly become a 'good' school across the board.
"We believe that by working together, we can achieve the best possible outcomes for our children."
The school will be re-inspected within the next 14 months.
