The Norfolk and Suffolk coast features among major European food and drink destinations in a new book by Lonely Planet.
The travel guidebook publisher has just released Gourmet Trails - Europe, which includes listings of 40 weekend breaks across the continent.
East Anglia's 'Seafood Coast' features among the likes of discovering UNESCO vineyards in France and foraging for wild herbs in Germany's Black Forest.

The guide said: "To sample Britain's traditional seafood culture today, you have to sail to the edge of East Anglia, where small inshore boats still bring home the best of the North Sea on a cottage-industry scale."
It continues about Suffolk: "British oysters, a favourite food for Roman Emperors, are hand-reared at Orford and fish and chips can mean lobster of mackerel in sunny Southwold."

The Suffolk destinations featured are Pinney's of Orford and Sole Bay Fish Company and Sutherland House, both in Southwold.
The Norfolk locations include Davies Fish Shop in Cromer, Wells Crab House and The White Horse in Brancaster Staithe.
