Expansion work at a revamped Grade II listed hotel in east Suffolk has now been completed.
The Bell in Saxmundham High Street initially announced plans for an expansion in March, with works including adding extra rooms, more dining space and lift to make the hotel more accessible.
The expansion, which also includes a new terrace, has been completed just as the tourist season begins.
It comes after the restaurant and hotel reopened in late 2022, having undergone a year of refurbishment.
General manager Ashley Beale said: “After three months of construction, I’m excited to show our visiting tourists, local regulars, and destination diners what we have achieved.
"Finally getting the lift installed means we can now welcome everyone, something that has been on our minds from day one.
"I also can’t thank our local design partner Cotton Tree Interiors enough for bringing their skill and commitment to this project. The unique theming in each room adds real depth to the top-class guest experience we offer here.”
