Hundreds of homes in west Suffolk are currently without water.
Homes in and around Bury St Edmunds were experiencing little or no water on Monday morning.
A statement on Anglian Water's website reads: "We're really sorry but some customers in Bury St Edmunds and surrounding areas may have very low water pressure or no water at all.
"We're working hard to identify the cause so that we can get your supply back to normal as soon as possible.
"This could be caused by a leak in the area, so if you've spotted someone please let us know."
It is not yet clear when the issue will be fixed.
