The A12 is currently closed in both directions after emergency services were called to a two-vehicle crash.
Police were called to the crash at Blythburgh at about 4.10pm on Sunday.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk police said the road is currently closed.
The crash has happened close to the A1095 turn-off to Southwold, the spokeswoman added.
Suffolk Fire and the East of England Ambulance Service are also in attendance.
The extent of any injuries is not yet clear.
