A major Suffolk road is closed after firefighters were called to a huge house fire.
A total of 14 appliances are currently at the scene of the blaze in Earl Stonham on Friday morning.
A spokesman for Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service said a 75-year-old woman was rescued from the home and has suffered mild smoke inhalation.
A spokesman for Suffolk Police said drivers should be advised that the A140 in Earl Stonham is currently closed due to a house fire.
The road is expected to be closed for a number of hours.
"Traffic is being diverted via Stowupland," the spokesman added.
It comes after 17 fire appliances were called to an overnight spa blaze just outside Ipswich overnight.
