A forest fire has been contained after breaking out earlier this evening.
Emergency services were called to Mile End in Brandon just after 7pm.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service sent a total of four appliances to the scene from Methwold, Brandon, Mildenhall and Newmarket.
According to a spokesperson for Suffolk County Council, an area of 50 metres by 15 metres is alight.
Crews are using two hose reels and beaters to extinguish the blaze.
A 'stop' call was put in place just before 8.30pm.
