A plea hearing for a 71-year-old Suffolk man accused of pirating thousands of DVDs has been adjourned until later this month.
Before Ipswich Crown Court on Tuesday was John Williams, of Pot Kiln Road, Great Cornard.
He faces four charges of making for sale or hire an article infringing copyright, between November 2020 and October 2021.
Programmes included episodes of TV series The Strange World of Gurney Slade, Dial 999, Band of Gold, Boon, and At Home with the Braithwaites, and films London Has Fallen and Olympus Has Fallen.
There are also seven charges of distributing goods bearing a false trade mark.
Trade marks included Groupe Canal+, Warner Bros Entertainment, Netflix, 20th Century Fox, Columbia Pictures, Universal City Studios.
Williams’ plea hearing was adjourned until June 23.
