A Suffolk bakery has been named one of the best in the country.
Pump Street Bakery in Orford was picked as one of the best by the readers of the Financial Times in a recent poll.
Father-and-daughter team Chris and Joanna Brennan founded their award-winning bakery and chocolatier business - Pump Street - in Orford in 2010.
At a prestigious ceremony in London in October the bakery won the Best Producer category at the Observer Food Monthly Awards 2022.
The company was recently awarded the King's Award for International Trade following huge growth in its overseas trade.
Its international exports rose by 78% between 2019 and 2021 - as sales to China and the USA soared.
Readers highlighted the bakery's pancakes, pastries, and naturally-leavened bread.
