Only the shell remains of the former Staples building near Portman Road as demolition work is well underway.
Work to strip down the former shop, in Russell Road, began earlier this month.
Ipswich Town acquired the land in March 2022 and are bringing down the Russell Road building to make room for a new entrance to the South Stand.
In a bid to improve access into the Sir Alf Ramsey stand, the club will be moving its turnstiles from their current position on Portman Road to the rear of the stand.
Chief executive Mark Ashton had previously described the property as "basically a brick wall with a tin roof on it" as he outlined the Blues' plans.
