More than 3,000 visitors attended a family fun day staged by a Suffolk college to showcase its courses and the industries it supports.
The Big Day Out event took place at the Suffolk Rural campus of Suffolk New College in Ipswich on Saturday May 13.
The event was staged in Otley by the college to shine a light on careers in industries that the college supports, with students also able to showcase their work.
Students on animal courses gave tours and demonstrations, including those learning to work with horses, beauty students were involved in face painting and pupils on culinary courses served food.
Local businesses were able to sell their produce at the event, while charities were able to attend to raise their profiles and funds.
Among those, was Mike Due, a local beekeeper, who sold fudge, honey, and candles at the event.
He said: "I love everything rural. It's my first time at the college, it's good."
Alan Pease, principal and chief executive of Suffolk New College and the Suffolk Rural campus, said: "It's an opportunity to give something back to the community.
"It also gives everyone the chance to get a greater understanding of the wide range of courses we teach and industries we support.
"Congratulations to the whole college for putting on such a great event."
Liam Holding and Kieran Gray, construction students, paid homage to Ipswich Town with their creation, with Liam, 17, saying: "It's great to put on a show for everyone.
"It was nice hearing people say 'Up the Town' when they saw what we were making."
Leah Mitchell visited with her family.
She said: "We came last year and it was great.
"We wanted to come back again and it has been lovely.
"You have lots of different families and stores.
"It's a great day out for all the family."
The college will also be at the Suffolk Show, where it will be based at a number of areas across Trinity Park.
