A Co-op store in a Suffolk town is set to undergo a major makeover later this year.
The Co-op in Market Hill in Clare will have a 'new look and feel' once the work is completed.
Although plans are still to be finalised, the refurbishment is due to commence in September.
Plans for the transformation include self-service tills, an extended range and choice, and increased refrigeration to serve the community.
There will also be new frontage erected at the front of the store.
A spokesperson for Co-op said: “We are committed to serving the community, and it is exciting to have the opportunity to invest in transforming and improving the store – we are confident it will have a great new look and feel.
"We are working to develop the range, choice and services to create a truly compelling offer to serve and support our local community, conveniently.”
