A weather warning for thunderstorms has been issued for Suffolk.
The Met Office has issued the yellow weather warning for the whole county.
The weather warning has been issued for Suffolk between 11am and 10pm on Tuesday.
A spokesman for the Met Office said there is a good chance driving conditions will be affected by spray, standing water and hail, leading to longer journey times by car and bus.
According to weather forecaster, Dan Holley there is a chance that some areas may see 50mm of rainfall throughout the day.
EAST: A potentially lively afternoon as a number of heavy showers and thunderstorms develop, most widespread late afternoon into the evening hours. Scope for very locally >50mm, but as you can see from these 4 models a lot of uncertainty about where. Use apps with caution! ⛈️ pic.twitter.com/GEasiIvIm9
