The accused in a Suffolk double murder trial described his daughter as his 'property' and his wife as a 'validated cheater' in mobile phone footage played in court.
In the video from the phone of Jillu Nash, her husband Peter can be heard arguing with her about who 'owned' her 12-year-old daughter Louise, with the latter claiming her as his 'property' because 'I care'.

In other footage, he can be heard calling her a 'validated cheater' because she had been having an affair with a man she worked with at DIY store Homebase in Sudbury.
Mr Nash has denied charges of murdering Jillu and Louise at their bungalow in Heath Estate, Great Waldingfield, on September 8.
In other video taken from the mobile, Jillu spoke about getting a paternity test for her daughter and providing Mr Nash with the results.

Bristol-born Mr Nash also spoke in court and described how he met Jillu in April 2009 after 'talking to her' and travelled up from his home in Bath to meet her in Leicester, where she was living with her family.
He also discussed Louise's autism, which had rendered her 'non-verbal'.
Earlier in the trial, Ipswich Crown Court heard how Mr Nash had confronted his wife Jillu, 44, after discovering a picture of her with another man.
They are heard discussing divorcing in the mobile phone videos.

The trial has also heard that when emergency services entered their home, they found Mrs Nash’s dead body on the floor in the living room under a quilt and Louise’s body under a sheet in a bedroom.
When they had gained entry, officers were greeted with a "pungent" smell of gas, which meant they quickly had to leave and then helped evacuate nearby properties.
Mr Nash allegedly tried to kill himself by gassing himself and then stabbing himself when that failed.
The trial continues.
