Portman Road has applied to build new executive boxes to 'infill existing voids' in the West Stand.
Portman Road, the home of Ipswich Town, want to fill the first and second floors of the Magnus Stand with executive boxes.
The area of the stand which is towards the North Stand, is currently occupied by white advertising hoardings.
Along with this, they have applied to relocate the earth where the ashes of fans were on the pitch to a new memorial garden behind the Sir Alf Ramsey Stand.
This is due to major work being done to the pitch this summer.
