Police are still carrying out enquiries into the theft of a cross and lectern from a Suffolk village church.
The Victorian cross, which is between two and three feet in length, and the 18-inch lectern were stolen from the locked vestry at St Mary's Church in Burstall, near Hadleigh between April 9 and April 11.

No arrests have been made and anyone with any information about the theft or where the stolen items are is being asked to contact Suffolk police, quoting the crime reference number 37/21402/23.
