Plans have been submitted to convert a former Suffolk village business unit into a new two-bedroom home.
If approved, the proposals would see the two-storey dwelling established in a facility previously occupied by a building company in Stowmarket Road, Old Newton.

Planning and design documents show the home would consist of a sitting/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and utility area on the ground floor, while the first floor would feature both bedrooms and one bathroom.
