Dinner is making its way back onto the menu at a popular Suffolk hotel after a three-year break.
The White Lion Hotel in Aldeburgh will be serving dinner in their brasserie restaurant after launching its ‘Spring at the Brasserie’ evening menu.
The launch of the pop-up restaurant follows a three-year hiatus due to Covid.
Using local produce and the season's fresh products, The White Lion Hotel will be serving a wide range of meals.
Mains include the chef's homemade beef and pork lasagne, a spring chicken burger and locally caught battered haddock and chips.
Diners can then choose from a chocolate and orange tort or a homemade gin, lemon and tamarind panna cotta with rosemary biscuit.
The dessert menu is completed with a Suffolk cheese selection or a choice of ice cream or sorbet served with chocolate curls and Chantilly cream.
Prices on the à la carte menu are from £8 for starters and £15.30 for mains.
The pop-up restaurant will be Thursday to Monday from 6pm to 9pm until May 31.
