Ms Rose said: “Consuming what the earth naturally gives us in spring, is a good way to get ahead of the game and make your body and liver happy.
“Overall, we see a lot of potassium, vitamin C, K, A and fibre in spring fruit and vegetables, which gives us a detoxifying boost and naturally spring cleans our systems.
“They are also full of antioxidants, are cancer fighting and great for diabetics and heart health.
“So look around and see what is growing and prepare a meal or salad bowl, with your favorite dressing.

“Eating farm to table and locally means, that we are benefitting from a meal that is filled with nutrients. Often a lot of fresh nutrients are lost, when produce is packed in plastic and shipped”.
The all-women retreat will focus on enabling personal empowerment and balanced well-being.
