Banking giant Halifax is to shut one of its branches in Suffolk.
The company will close its Newmarket branch later this year.
In a statement a spokesman for Halifax said: "Like many other high street businesses, we’ve seen people using our branches less frequently in recent years as more customers choose to do most of their everyday banking online.
"As a result, we've made the difficult decision to close this branch because customers are using it less often.
"In addition the majority of customers are also using alternative ways to bank."
The branch is set to close down on September 11.
The nearest branch is in Cambridge Petty Cury which is a 38 minute drive away.
It comes after Barclays announced it would shut down their branch in Newmarket later this year.
The Barclays branch will close on June 9.
