A Suffolk pub which closed suddenly in January is set to reopen after a new tenant was found for the pub.
The Bunbury Arms in Great Barton, near Bury St Edmunds, shut its doors at the start of this year.
Greene King has been searching for a new landlord to take over the eatery since the beginning of February.
The brewery has confirmed that a tenant has now been found.
A spokesperson for Greene King said: “We’ve been busy searching for the right partner for The Bunbury Arms and we can confirm that we’ve now found a new tenant for the pub.
"We look forward to sharing more details as we get closer to the reopening of the pub for the community in the next few months.”
The Great Barton pub, which was popular for its carveries, was one of several that closed at the start of this year.
Little Thurlow's The Cock Inn shut on January 3, citing rising energy costs, while The Railway Tavern in Saxmundham closed due to dwindling number of customers.
