Jo Churchill has been unanimously re-selected to run for Bury St Edmunds MP at the next general election.
The decision was made at a special selection committee held by the Bury St Edmunds Constituency Conservative Association on Friday, March 17.
Ms Churchill has been an MP since 2015 and, during this time, has served in various ministerial positions, including her current roles as a Government Whip and Vice Chamberlain of his Majesty's household.
Following the Boundary Commission's Report, the new constituency no longer includes Suffolk towns Stowmarket or Needham Market.
