An application has been submitted for a two-storey home in a Suffolk village.
If approved, the proposals would see the demolition of a building at Oak View Farm in Newbourne to make way for the dwelling.
Described as a "contemporary" building, the single-storey home would comprise of two bedrooms, an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, a study and a family bathroom.
The associated planning statement claims the home would "enhance the character of this site and would bring about betterment through the improvement that would result to the site and the surrounding landscape."
