Suffolk County Council has secured £7.9million to be put forward for active travel schemes across the county.
There are seven projects around the county that has secured the funding.
These include Woodbridge's Mini-Holland project, which has secured £4.005m for the centre of town, and £1.125m for south Woodbridge.
Other projects receiving the money include:
- Ipswich Hospital to University of Suffolk - £1,227,950
- Grange Road Felixstowe - £1,318,000
- Ipswich Package - £105,149
- Bury St Edmunds East/West Route - £105,149
- Capel St Mary to Copdock - £46,967

Richard Smith, Suffolk County Council cabinet member for transport strategy, said: "This is money that Suffolk County Council bid for and will fund projects in areas around the county.
"We welcome this funding and look forward to investing it in projects that will help protect and enhance our environment whilst, at the same time, helping people to travel sustainably."
