Parts of the county have woken up to heavy snow this morning.
In west Suffolk, snow is settling around Bury St Edmunds.
Earlier rainfall in the Sudbury area has also turned to snow.
UPDATE: Fresh weather warning for snow issued in Suffolk
This comes after a weather warning for snow and ice was issued by the Met Office on Wednesday after more snow fell earlier in the week.
National Highways also urged drivers to take care when on the roads and to check ahead and plan for disruption to their journeys.
Yesterday, a spokesperson for the Met Office said: "Temperatures by day will be around 5-7C through to Saturday.
"There is likely to be a widespread, hard frost on Saturday morning.
"On Sunday we will start to see milder air moving in across the south of the UK, bringing daytime max temps of 10-12C for the end of the weekend and into the start of next week."
