Some parts of Suffolk have woken up to snowfall this morning.
The snow showers come amid a Met Office amber cold weather alert which remains in place until Thursday.
The Met Office issued a yellow weather warning for snow and ice for the region as temperatures are expected to drop this week.
The Met Office and UK Health Security Agency has also issued a severe cold weather warning for the county between Monday and Thursday.
The snow comes after weather forecasters said Arctic air was going to sweep across the county this week bringing with it a risk of snowfall.
A light dusting of snow was reported in Ipswich in the early hours, while snow started to settle in parts of the east of the county.
