A weather warning for snow has been issued for Suffolk as temperatures could plummet to -8C.
The Met Office has issued the yellow warning for snow and ice between 9pm on Monday and 10am on Tuesday.
According to the weather warning, there could be some disruption to roads and rail services.
The Met Office and UK Health Security Agency has also issued a severe cold weather warning for the county between Monday, March 6 and Thursday, March 9.
Originally the Met Office issued a cold weather alert for Suffolk, but it has since been upgraded to severe.
According to the Met Office, very cold weather is expected to hit the region with widespread frosts overnight and temperatures will struggle to rise above freezing in some places during the day.
Some snowfall may also hit the region this week with the first sign of snow expected to hit the north of the county on Tuesday.
