A pub in a Suffolk village has gone on the market after the previous landlords departed.
The Rede Plough, in the village south of Bury St Edmunds, has been closed since December.
The traditional thatched inn is now being marketed by property agents Everard Cole, which has described it as a "very attractive pub".
The Grade II-listed two-storey building dates back to the mid 16th century and still has some of its original features, including exosed timber frames.
On the ground floor is a large carperted restaurant area, the main bar, large inglenook fireplace and a snug bar area with a wood burner.
There is also an attractive courtyard to the rear of the porperty that can be used for al fresco dining during the warmer months.
The first floor accommodation can only be accessed from inside the pub and consists of three bedrooms, room for an office, a lounge and bathroom.
There is also a large car park with ample parking spaces.
The listing of the The Rede Plough comes as several Suffolk pubs announced their closures in recent weeks.
