A seal pup has been rescued from a Suffolk beach after suffering injuries in a suspected dog attack.
On Saturday staff at Dunwich Heath National Trust and British Divers Marine Life Rescue was called to reports of an injured seal on the beach.
Yesterday the brilliant @BDMLR rescued a seal pup from our beach with suspected dog inflicted injuries... We are at the end of pupping season, when more seals are on the beach, but please make sure you give them a wide berth and keep dogs well away all year round. Thank you. pic.twitter.com/wq4PuNNjTB
