Two Suffolk hotels have been named among the best places for a family holiday in the country.
The list, which has been put together by travel guide Muddy Stilettos, includes more than 50 luxurious "half-term hideaways" to bring the whole family along to.
On the list is the Ickworth Hotel near Bury St Edmunds and The Farmstead in Easton.
Ickworth Hotel, which is set within the 1,800 acre National Trust Ickworth Estate, was praised for how it perfectly combines "luxury lodgings with kid-friendly activities and amenities".
Ickworth Park was recognised as being an ideal, sprawling space to "tire out the kids" and parents won't have to over-pack for their trip as the hotel "has every kid-friendly accessory you could dream of, right up to the rows of little wellies lining the front door".
On the other side of Suffolk and not too far from Framlingham, The Farmstead at Easton was proposed as another option for the half-term holidays.
At these eight new lodges, families can "fill little lungs with fresh air" while being surrounded by miles of open countryside.
The lodges lead down to a "pretty" river and are all self-contained and private, giving families the quality time they crave as well as having pleasant scenery to go with it.
Each lodge is furnished with "rustic chic kitchens, log burners and lots of inviting throw-covered chairs", Muddy Stilettos said.
The Farmstead was further praised for its location, which offers families the opportunity to be in close proximity to castles, beaches and farms.
