Police are looking to speak with a man in connection with a serious crash.
The incident happened on October 29 in Oxford Road, Clacton.
According to Essex Police, a man in his 90s suffered serious injuries as a result of the collision.
Officers would like to speak with 19-year-old Billy Mooney, who is believed to have connections in Clacton and London, in relation with the incident.
Anyone who has information on Mr Mooney's whereabouts should contact Essex Police on 101, stating case reference 42/MZ/22254/22.
