Suffolk's M&Co stores are at risk of closure after the company has gone into administration for a second time in just over two years.
The clothing retailer has stores in Sudbury, Stowmarket, Woodbridge, Beccles and Haverhill.
A statement on the Stowmarket's M&Co Facebook page said the company has gone into administration, but is remaining positive that stores will not have to close down.
For the time being the stores are unable to process refunds back to original payment, but can still exchange items for the same value or above.
This also includes items that have been purchased online.
Staff will also not be scanning loyalty cards to add points and they are not able to accept reward vouchers.
The statement continued to say that staff will be trying their best to keep a positive shopping environment for all customers.
