Five families across Suffolk have been given special John Lewis gift packages to help ensure they too can have a magical Christmas.
The John Lewis store in Ipswich teamed up with family support charity Home-Start in Suffolk to create personalised hampers with the items they so desperately need over the winter period.
One family received a new cot and bed and linens for their baby, another was gifted storage drawers for their children's clothing and another was given a baby monitor and warm winter coats.
Alongside these essential items, they also received extra presents to help the children enjoy Christmas, such as Lego and activity cubes, alongside a luxury hamper for the parents too.
Home-Start in Suffolk's fundraising and marketing manager Ali Watson said: "We were delighted to have the opportunity to work with the John Lewis team on this amazing project again this year.
"Together, we were able to adapt the Magical Christmas campaign to provide something really special that will help the families long term and not just during the festive period.
"Each family has been gifted something that will make a difference during the Christmas season and beyond as well as some fabulous Christmas gifts for the children and a beautiful hamper of treats."
The family charity partnered with John Lewis as part of their Magical Christmas Campaign to ensure everyone, no matter their background, can deliver Christmas to their families.
Calum Ralston and Kelly Powell are the community liaison co-ordinators for John Lewis in Ipswich.
They said: "We are so pleased we have been able to put these special gift packages together for families in need across our county.
"It is heart-warming to know we have been able to ease a little of the pressure at Christmas time and we hope we have been able to bring a little joy to the families involved."
Next week, Home-Start in Suffolk will collect an additional 12 hampers of essential cupboard items from John Lewis and Waitrose in Ipswich, to tide families over in the lead up to Christmas.
