Housing developer Lovell has released the first plots for sale at its new development, All Saints Green, in Stradbroke.
The first phase of homes are available to move into from spring 2023.
Once complete, All Saints Green will comprise 60 new homes and will include a mixture of two, three and four-bedroom homes and two and three-bedroom bungalows, some of which will be available through shared ownership.
Mandy Allen, sales executive for Lovell in East Anglia, said: “Stradbroke has so much to offer and is surrounded by stunning countryside but has fantastic transport links to London, Ipswich and Norwich, so we expect interest from locals but also people out of county too.
"I relocated a few years ago from Kent to Stradbroke and fell in love with Suffolk and its quieter pace of life, community feel, open spaces and places to walk our dog.
"This site really is in a fantastic location in the village and our stunning homes are perfect for young professionals, growing families or those looking to downsize.”
Prices at All Saints Green start from £330,000 and all properties include fibre broadband as standard.
The new homes have also been designed with energy efficiency in mind and are fitted with air source heat pumps.
The properties are currently being sold from The Acorns at Walshem le Willows while work finishes on the new development's marketing suite and show home, which is expected to open in spring next year.
