A former pub and restaurant at the heart of a Suffolk town centre is set to go under the hammer at auction.
The Cross, on the corner of the Thoroughfare and Church Street in Woodbridge, will be auctioned off on Thursday, November 3.
Clarke & Simpson has listed the property with a guide price of £225,000 for the freehold.
The Cross is believed to date back to 1652 and has recently been known as East Coast Diner.
The property is Grade II-listed and is of a timber frame construction, with two restaurants areas, a kitchen area, a trade kitchen in two parts, a courtyard garden and small service yard with storage building.
It is understood that the premises formerly accommodated about 60 covers.
The pub generated a rental income of £25,000 when it was previously let.
Viewing of the property can be made with Clarke & Simpson.
